Left back pain in middle
I have stabbing back pain in middle of left part near ribs. It comes after my periods for some days is it related to that as I have stabbing pain in my breast as well.
And pain radiates from left shoulder blade to middle back.
Also I have other problem like my nerves get caught if I sleep on one side like that.. I am scared please suggest me.. I have checked with the doctors they say it is posture problem.. n have given tablet vitamin D3 + nervijen.
Please suggest me..
