Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Slight size differences are normal and you need not worry about it. For gross size issues, you need to take a help of a cosmetic surgeon. For the pain, we want a detailed history. Does it pain always or does the pain have any relation to the menses? Consult a gynaecologist in person for that. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
