Left Breast pain and 2 very small dots
Pain in the left breast above nipples and could see 2 pink pors very minute once on the breast.
Is this sign of any disease. Also I haven't received my periods yet it above 5 of the regular cycle.
Please advise.

Do a pregnacy test to rule.out pregnacy.
For Ur breast leison u may require a physical examination to know the cause
