Left breast pain
Hello, I’m 29 years old and I’m daorly overweight. I’m also 4’11” with large breasts, I’ve had all my life. So For the past I want to say 5 months maybe? I’ve experienced breast pain on the left breast. It never stays, it comes and go and feels like a terrible pinch from deep within. I’m not sure if it’s muscle related or something else but it’s painful. I’ve had 3 Ekg’s so I don’t think it’s my heart. But I’m unsure...it just scares me. Please help. Thank you.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned it is non-cyclic mastalgia so follow like this-
Next Steps
1)Eliminate an underlying cause or aggravating factor. This may involve a simple adjustment, such as wearing a bra with extra support. 2)Use a topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) medication. You apply the medication directly to the area where you feel pain. 3)Adjust birth control pills. If you take birth control pills, skipping the pill-free week or switching birth control methods may help breast pain symptoms. But don't try this without your doctor's advice.
Health Tips
1)Use hot or cold compresses on your breasts. 2)Wear a firm support bra, fitted by a professional if possible. 3)Wear a sports bra during exercise, especially when your breasts may be more sensitive. 4)Experiment with relaxation therapy, which can help control the high levels of anxiety associated with severe breast pain. 5)Limit or eliminate caffeine and follow a low-fat diet and eat more complex carbohydrates. 6)Consider using an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as [ibuprofen] when pain is severe with [Pantoprazole] Hope that helps
