Left Chest heaviness n pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have chest pain since 1 months, sometimes i feel better but again pain start while at rest also. I have done some test like ECG chest xRay TMT and 2 D echo all reports normal n i have done Upper GI endoscopy too for gastrics but itz normal report ...my pain is not going wat should i do ...Doctors prescribed medicine like pan D, zerodol MR ...How could i diagonise the actual pbm...Any suggestion

Does your pain get relieved after lying down ? Do you have arm pain with it ? Or neck pain and tingling sensation ? Your pain seems non cardiac. Either due to cervical disc or costochondritis.
