Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Dear friend, i feel u r very perfectionist type by nature, ur problem may indicate some obsessive compulsive type of behaviour and anxiety prone... u need to talk to a psychiatrist as my colleague told u. Best wishes
Dear sir,
These are anxiety symptoms. You may not have an anxiety disorder but definitely, some symptoms are present. This could be due to your personality type, beginning of some disorder or an acute stress reaction. I suggest:
1. Wait for about a month, this may go away on its own.
2. Try some relaxation exercises like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, yog nidra.
3. If more than a month, pls visit a psychiatrist at the earliest, get yourself assessed and treated. Most likely, you may need only psychotherapy and not medicines. But which psychotherapy and how, will be decided by your psychiatrist.
Regards!
