The left hand side ear doesn't listen properly wat can I do.I was cleaning my ear properly solve me dis problem.

Hello excess wax Conductive hearing loss perforation of tympanic membrane Acute serous otitis media Sensorineural hearing loss Meinere disease Acoustic neuroma should be ruled out Consult ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
