Left eye swelled
It's kind of infection and eyelid is swelled. Please recommend any eyedrop for that . photograph attached.

It is eye lid infection causing swelling &pain ,you may use Tab L-cin 500 mg once daily x 5 days + tab combiflam one tab twice daily x3 days + Neosporin-H eye ointment locally 3-4 times +zymer eye drops 4-5 times

Try
A.warm Compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C use systemic antibiotic
You may review after 3 days
