My sister has left fallopian tube at cornual end, what is the measure she should go for natural or surgery?? If surgery what type of surgery?? Is this a big problem?? Can it be cured?

If there s blocakage of only 1 tube then she cn still conceive naturally so there s no need to be worried about. However its advisable to go for follicular monitoring to see which ovary is forming dominant follicle
