Left foot Ap & oblique & both heel
I have been experiencing pain in my left foot since long time. I got the xray done for foot pain result says - bony spur is seen from planter surface of left calcaneum & posterior border of both calcaneum. No fracture is seen No bony or joint lesion is seen Request to provide option if this can be healed with the help of the medicines. If so which treatment would be best for.

U have to change to comfortable shoes.silicon heel pads.get your uric acid done .it is most probably plantar facitis with retrocalcaneal bursitis .to be sure you need to see an orthopaedic surgeon
