Left hand Pain after a Motor bike Ride

Have a Left hand & Neck muscle pain after Motor bike ride. I am diabetic for last 15 years Good control. Have Neck Disk C5 prolapse But have any pain Due to prolapse for the past 1 Yrs

Hi.. Your neck pain could be due to excessive tension around the shoulder and neck muscles... I suggest you to Do frequent icing on your neck and shoulder muscles...3-4 times in a Day... Keep stretching the neck gently...by Bending neck to sideways.. Touching your chin to chest.. Keep it supported while sleeping properly with a rolled towel and pillow.. If possible keep your neck supported with a soft collar.. Hope this is helpful for you.. Revert back incase if you need any further clarification...
