Hello dear The kind of pain you have described can be attributed to a number of causes and pin pointing one needs structured evaluation: 1. Have you sustained any injury to your arm or shoulder before the onset of pain? 2. Does the skin of hand look abnormally cold or hot? 3 Are your nails breaking easily? 4 Do you have swelling of hand? 5. Are you diabetic? 6 Do you have pain at the back of neck and feel tingling in the fingers? 7. Has your grip strength weakened? 8. Is the pain more at night? For the time being i can only tell you the possibilities : 1. Shoulder hand syndrome( RSD) 2. Frozen shoulder 3. Cervical spine disease
