I  have  pain in my left hand and shoulder i felt like my left hand is weighted than right side hand

Hello, Tab paracetamol 500 eight hourly after food as required. As it's pain in left hand please consult a general physician MD/ cardiologist they  examine properly n probably advise some test. ADV ECG ok.
