Left hand pain
Wen she move her left hand towards right shoulder its pains...wen she wear saree and hand goes back then also it pains...even she not able to make her hand straight in upward direction..

Ok got it...she must have some kind of shoulder impingement First of all apply 20 secs of ice to the area followed by 30 secs of heat and end with ice pack Once you are done with that take one litre bottle hold in hand and bend forward and do circular motion of the shoulder, the arm should move like a pendulum leaving it lose If this helps consult online for more details
