I have been suffring from left knee joint pain...sometime pain also radiate to lower tibial bone area.....i am 26 year old and i noticed it from 1 year....its slight pain....not very much..but my mind destructed by pain...

You need to get it tested if the pain is coming from the knee joint or the knee cap. Treatment for both these issues are different. Generally muscles strengthening and hot fomentation should provide you relief.
