LEFT KNEE PAIN
I have pain in my knee since 3 day . I do running daily but after doing running My left knee pain stated and it become more painful when i stop running .. Further after an hour my left knee pain goes in decreases an with in 2 hour pain gone. Again next day after my running of 2km my knee pain started and get vanished with in 2 hour after my running. Plzz suggest me .. This only happen in my left knee.

Hi...., Rest. Take a break from your normal activities to reduce repetitive strain on your knee, give the injury time to heal and help prevent further damage. A day or two days of rest may be all you need for a minor injury... Ice. Ice reduces both pain and inflammation.. To help reduce swelling, try propping your injured leg on pillows or sitting in a recliner....
