Left shoulder and left hand pain
I m having left shoulder pain and when I m stretching left hand it's paining. I gone to orthopaedic he advised me to xray and MRI but both are normal then doctor advised me to take advise from cardiologist for heart check up . I gone to cardiologist and he advised me go for 2D echo ,TMT and ECG but all are normal.this pain is from last 1 year .
Kindly advise me what may be the issue ??

Referred pain to left shoulder can also be to certain abdominal disorders. Rule them out.
