Left Shoulder Blade Pain
Hello Doc, I have an unusual pain since two days around my back of right shoulder. I have not visited an therapist yet . I have the lion band aid on from yesterday night. The pain is intense inside and now I can feel the pain when I take a long breathe.

You must visit a physiotherapist to get it diagnosed properly and then continue with treatment as advised.. Meanwhile you can do iceing at painful area for 10 min twice a day.... Avoid lifting heavy weight from that side....
