Left shoulder blade pain is it angina?
For the past 3 days or so I've been having a dull ache in my left shoulder I don't feel any pain in my chest at all, when I breath it doesn't get worse, it'seems just there and it won't go away, is it angina?

Left shoulder pain should not be ignored. Hot water compression will help with shoulder pain.
Next Steps
visit a cardiologist and Orthopaedic surgeon for clarification as this is clinical diagnosis. ECG will help confirm cardiac status.
