Recently I met with an scooty accident and fell on my left since then I am not able to lift my body up. Eg if I am seated on chair and try to get up by holding chair hands it's hurts. Orth Dr whome I have consultant told xray looks normal. It has been 11 days since accident happened .

Your pain could be due to injury to rotator cuff muscles. You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
Electro therapy and exercise therapy in Physiotherapy will help you to recover.
xray tells about bony issues only. although there is no fracture there could be soft tissue injury .There could be rotator cuff injury. you should not ignore this issue you and should visit physio who by making you do certain moments and examining the shoulder can rell you the nature of injury.
Physio can advise you some therapy sessions that you have to take for 10 or 15 days

Sir you dont worry of it, just visit nearest physiotherapy center and take ultrasound for a week.
after a week with the help of stretching exercises slowly the muscles will become strong and there wont be any pain.

Because of accident some soft tissues may get injured nothing to worry as your x ray is mormal
Just apply ice for about 5-7 min twice a day
Later apply diclofenac gel
Later do few stretches twice a day
Do stretches for biceps, deltoid, triceps.
Do these twice a day.

I think you hav pain in extension movement . First you see in which movement you hav pain and in which movement you get relief . depending on that you can to do home treatment.
Apply ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes .and then do light active movement.
Do this for 1 week and then please reply.
