My left shoulder is paining a lot . To lift it 45 degree from my lower body is bit difficult , it pains a lot . Sometimes I need support from my right hand to lift it .
One thing if I want to rotate it clockwise it pains but rotating it anti clockwise is ok .

Hi, if there is no injury, it is likely subacromial bursitis with calcification tendinitis. Consult shoulder surgeon. It can be cured with physio or injection with physio. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Thorraipakkam, Chennai. Consultant Shoulder Surgeon.
