Left shoulder pains
Left shoulder joint pains on moving it up from sideways. This has been there since a year now. Shoulder does not pain when I do not move it.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must
