Left side chest mild pain..
Dear doctors. Since 5 year am getting left side chest pain.some times radiating to left hand also. 3 to 4 months interval one week pain present  Coming and going pain is not sharp. Just like mild pain. Tested TMT. Echo.ECG everything normal. Doctor told no issue with your heart. But still am worry about my pain. Why pain is coming again and again.. Pls suggest sir

If ECG ECHO TMT are normal then its not heart related. If left hand pain then it can be cervical spine related. You have to evaluate on that front

As you told ecg, echo, treadmill is normal and at your age nothing to worry at present. It may be a musculoskeletal pain like costochondritis or muscle pain from any abnormal posture. If pain persists please consult a doctor for further evaluation mam. Take care
