Left side chest pain

Hii dr, I feel pain in the left side chest and heaviness in chest once I am in hurry or I feel something bad will happens with me once I angry I feel like my heart beat races and body shaking and i can't control my self please suggest me as I done below test which is normal. Ecg 4 times-normal Echo-normal Ct coronory angio-normal Cbc-normal Blood-sugar normal Urine test-normal Bp-normal Thyroid normal Kindly suggest for further as doctor suggest me you have genralised anxiety disorder please suggest
