Left side feels harder than right
Hey due to inactive lifestyle have developed a tummy waist went to 36 from 32 ! now the issue is when ever i sit on chair i feel left side harder than right , usg is normal , xray abdomen erect shows airfluid levels ! no visible lump ! when i lie supine perfectly normal ! And it goes away completely in the morning till after lunch again can feel it . But is it normal to feel your left lower abdomen hardness while sitting ? sigmoid colon to be precise but no signs of constipation!

If all tests have been done and it is normal you should focus on Improving your lifestyle to reduce your weight and also increase fibre in diet Take care
