Purely muscles injury due to faulty posture while sleeping .. Sir plz approach to a sports physiotherapist and ask him to release your SCM, trapezius (upper fiber) and levator scapula muscles ..U will be alright in 2 days ..Plz do icing fr 20-40 mnts rater opting for hot..
