Sir iam suffering with left side neck and hand pain some times blood cerculation also stoping to left hand kindly suggest to solve my problem

Hi there...For pain relief give rest to hand as due to over use muscle inflammation occurs which could press on nerves and cause pain, dip hand in hot water so that there is more blood flow and washes out pain causing chemicals....Consult nearest neuro surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
