I have a severe pain in left side upper Stomach. It's paining a lot. It's like some pin inside and making pain. What could be the reason

Do you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, bloating, burping, difficulty in swallowing, refux, blood in vomitng or passage of black color stool, diarrhoea, constipation, mucus in stool, loss of appetite, weight loss? It is probably due to gastritis.

You can take PPI or antacid May require USG or other investigation based on symptoms

You are most probably suffering from gastritis. As suggested please take PPI and antacids and avoid spicy food. If you continue to have pain you need to undergo an Upper GI endoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound scan to come to a diagnosis

Her sonography of abdomen done. Start Tab. Pan D twice daily before food for 2 weeks. Avoid spicy and oily food. With sonography abdomen report, you can meet your local doctor for further management
