Left thigh numbness
I am developing numbness in left thigh outer portion and little numbness in left hip. Numbness increases more when sleeping on sitting on left side. I had back pain while bending so doctor said i have ddd disease  post xray. why numbness and how to cure

This symptoms appear like maralgia paraesthetica ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated for that and get treatment
