Hi go to the gym, and do heavy workouts, 8 months back while weight lifting I started getting pain in my left-hand wrist. I consulted with a doctor who advised me for rest with some ointment and
vitamin D. After 8 months I still get pain when trying to lift weight or push weight. Normally I do not have pain but only when weight push or pull then I get pain.
MRI shows partial TFCC injury and X-ray is normal.
