Leg Ache for last 2 weeks
It started out with a twitched nerve, I had while puking. I had some painkillers and it got better in a week or so. After that, I started going out on jobs for a week or so. Then one day I had some slight back ache so I skipped the jog. In the evening I had a meeting so had to sit on chair for 2 hrs straight. And then the pain escalated to unbearable point. Then I took meds and it got better in 4-5 days however I found that I have a leg ache. It was there since the second back ache started. I thought it might be cramps from working out but it's not improving. Whenever I have to sit or get up it aches. Mostly in left buttock and ankle, it feels like needle.

Its clearly a sign of LBA, you need to consult in person with neuro physician for medicines, later you can take electrotherapy to relax back muscles. There is nothing to worry untill you start treatment, if delayed it can be worst. Avoid forward bend, back bemd prolonged sitting and standing.

It would be better to go for a neurology consultation or get physiotherapy for lower back pain.  The needle like sensation and pain is likely to get resolved by physiotherapy but still neurological opinion is a must to rule out any serious damage to the underlying structures.
Next Steps
rest apply cold compress to areas which are having pain do moderate stretching exercises at home ( learn them from a physiotherapist or occupational therapist)
Health Tips
avoid bending lifting heavy weight or squatting
