Hi, Greetings, This is very common after a strenuous exercise. Please follow the below things. 1. Take rest don't do an exercise for affected muscle. 2. Apply ice for 1mimute for each joint, 10 Reputation 3. Here after do the minimal warm up exercise before start strenuous.

Hello! It could be because of exercises you are doing in gym. It should settle down if you rest a while. Nothing to panic muscle becomes sore when we exercise beyond a limit.
