Leg calf, thigh pain
I am having pain in calf and thigh area of my one leg. It occurs when I wake up after incomplete sleep like 5 min or 10 min sleep, or when I take a nap on chair. If I sleep for longer duration(2 hrs) then pain do not occur. pain occurs in any one leg sometimes right sometimes left but not both. I feel relax  on massaging my calf muscles.

Looking at your age and assuming you are otherwise healthy, it can be either cramps for which vitamin E supplements can be taken or it's due to spasm of back muscles which can be relieved/ avoided by doing back extension exercise.
Next Steps
If above methods don't work you should visit orthopedic surgeon.
