My child have completed 3 year now we have notice that he is not walking properly and we have notice that right leg is small in comparison to left leg and his weight is only 10:750kg and height 88:5cm

You have to get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
Some tests like x-Rays will also be required.
