Leg pain from a week
I have leg pain. I used to get this pain when I was child. But it started again from last week. The whole right leg pains. When I take rest it wil be fine for sometime but when I walk or run and then sit, it starts paining a lot. It started paining 1 day before I got periods and today it's fifth day and still the pin is not reduced. I am pretty sure the pain is not because of periods.

Hi there i understand your concern... Pain may be due to haemoglobin deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, vitamin and mineral deficiencies... I would suggest you to have healthy diet...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple, etc. Add green tea to your diet .you have to eat more foods high in amino acids,calcium, zinc, iron, copper and magnesium...do regular exercise without failure......consult physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
