Hello doctor,
My upper part of my heel is paining ...like when I run at some point it just starts paining...and after 1-2 min it stops..please Give me a solution for it..The problem started 2-3 days ago.
In the image not that part is paining ,but the bone at the upperpart of the heel is paining.

From what i can infer from the history is that you have inflammation going around the Achillis tendon at its attachment. Need to examine properly to be sure tho.

Do not stretch the calf, in acute stages that might make it worse. Apply Ice if the pain is too much. Releasing the Calf muscle manually will help.
