I'm a healthy 44 year old male but lately my spouse has been noticing that my legs have been shaking while I'm asleep. These are short, jerky motions in one leg that I don't even notice. It doesn't disrupt my sleep, but it does bother her. I'm looking for a remedy for this and wondering if its an iron deficiency or something of that sort? Before getting a full-blown sleep diagnosis, I'd like to try something to help this...would appreciate any feedback you might have.
