My mother age 55 years and she suffered legs swelling and back bown pain.4 months back we checked TSH test result 7.5 but now we checked TDS result is 2.81

along with thyroid there are many other causes for swelling of legs. is she having infection ? how about her blood pressure ? everything need to be assesed ? whats sugar status . any urinary infection? is her urine coming normally ? more things need to be discusesd
