Pls suggest Doctor for the red marks on legs and knees ,severely paining.please help what could be the cause.

Hello sir. Greetings. Red marks on the legs and knee suggest varicose veins and blood problems. I would suggest you to undergo xray knee of the affected limb and hemogram.  We would see the reports and follow up. Thank you!
