Hi Sir/Mam,
I have blister in lower lip from more than a month. I consulted few doctors, they suggested to use Dologel, rexidin forte gel and zincovitin/ bcomplex tablets. Problem is that blister decreased and seems dry but after few days it’s again increasing. It keeps on decreasing and increasing and it’s painless. But I can feel some puss inside it(quite soft) when I touch it.
Is it cause of worry? It’s on same spot, shall I continue using same medicines ? Please suggest, thanks in advance.
I have posted current picture of it as well. Unable to visit any doctor due to lockdown, please help.

It is a mucocele ,fluid of salivary gland entrapped..not all of them require treatment some regress on own .Do warm saline rinses 5-6 times daily for a week .if not regresses it will require surgical excision or laser which is feasible after lock down.
With the given history and the images it looks like mucocele.
It is not of any concern. you can continue the medicines only if you have any symptoms, otherwise you can stop medicines.
For now you can wait and watch on that.
In case if you develop any symptoms like pain , burning sensation, ulceration, then visit the nearby dentist or oral surgeon and get the treatment done.
Next Steps
I would suggest to wait and watch for now as there is no symptoms.
Dont worry it will be alright. The medicines that you took were alright. Since there was not too much improvements, we will change the medicine and observe.
Next Steps
Please apply Metrogyl DG gel (three times per day) and to have B Complex Capsule ( once a day) for 10 days and after that please come to the clinic and show.
Hi, i think you have lip biting habit. It's mucocele.Discontinue the biting habit.. You can use Metrohex gel for symptomatic relief.. It can be removed by Laser without pain and bleeding. After lockdown over visit a dentist. As of now you no need to worry
