Less amount of haemoglobin in body
Normal haemoglobin content for female should be around 12 to 13 but in my context it had gone down to around 4.2.So 3 unit blood had been manifested into the body due to which the situation seems to be normal with less symptoms like swelling and all. I just want to know the reason behind the lackness in haemoglobin added to that I've been suffering from piles.

Hello...... You have very, very less hemoglobin,  such a less hemoglobin is not associated with   some disease.. So detailed hemogram is needed is required for diagnosis..... Any immunosupressive condition can be suspected with this hemoglobin.. Consult general physician..
