Less erections
I met with an accident in may 2009 and due to which I had to undergo urethroplasty. Now when I try to make love to my fiancée I do not get firm erections. Do I need to see a sexologist or a urologist ?

Firstly you need to see urologist and rule out any urinary tract cause or post procedure effects. If physically all well and ruled out then most common cause is mental stress for erectile dysfunction. Sexologist will be able to counsel you if mental causes present. Both cases homeopathy can help to relieve the symptoms as additional therapy. Do not worry since you at younger age group recovery chances are more and positive. Take care.
