Dear Ma’am You have microcytic anemia. Likely due to iron deficiency. Other causes include thalassemia chronic disease and sideroblastosis

First the cause for anemia has to be diagnosed . Any bleeding tendencies ? Normal periods ? Gum bleeding ?

Take iron rich diet include green leafy vegetables take additional iron rich options like jaggery oats kishmish apple cooked beans. If u’re a non vegetarian take beef, goat or chicken liver. For further detailed management consult through app.
