The main stimulus for increasing lactation are feeding at regular intervals and a good, healthy diet by you. Feed at atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours gap. Try cap lactare 2 cap thrice a day,and tab perinorm twice a day, both for 2 weeks. If lactation increases, continue for atleast 3 months,or till the the time your milk is sufficient, otherwise stop. If at all you have to give top milk, give ONLY infant formula.
