I am 26 weeks pregnant and fetal weight is 700 GMs.I am a thin lady. Should I take injections of iron sucrose with water sodium chloride?

Fetal weight at 26 weeks seems to be normal weight for this gestation. Injections of iron sucrose are to be taken if your serum iron is low.
