• Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Avoid Squatting- • Avoid sitting Cross legged • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

You need  to get it diagnosed why it's swollen and then afterwards, check your serum uric acid levels and vitamin d 3 levels checked, based on that you need to  start your treatment plan. For that you need to consult a qualified, experienced physiotherapist
Next Steps

Are you sure it’s swelling? Please get an XRay or MRI done to get to the root cause. If it’s a ligament tear or something then you might need arthroscopy.
