I have been having back ache from past few days and shoulder ache from past 1 week, i also feel lethargic

Hello! Did you injured yourself.?  It could be a Postural issue . As both neck and back are hurting you should go to a physio to get yourself examined. If needed she can guide you further for your pain issue
