I have facing some symptoms which matches with the symptoms of leukemia so I had done the CBC test and here attached the report. Can you tell me please is there any chance of leukemia or any blood related disease.

We need peripheral smear ...and some times flowcytometry to rule out leukemia... Meet a general physician to evaluate your symptoms.. Please attach a peripheral smear...
