Regular exercise is what I love to do each day but due to knee ligament injury I was at halt. As I don't have false eating or habits but was not sure why it happened. I had medicine and physiotherapy but still whenever I try to run have minor inflammation in ligaments so I have fearful and restless. What should I do?
