Hi..Pcl avulsion injuries rarely requires surgeries in the absence of instability..because these heals well with immobilisation...if this is fresh injury with 2 mm migration. We will go for conservative.. U can become alright but if it old and you HV instability .Pl see any knee specialist..regards dr pankaj agrawal shoulder knee and joints specialist. Ahmedabad

PCL injury is rare to occour...but since you have the MRI report stating the conclusion ...you should seek an orthpaedic Arthroscopic surgeon's advice.....A minimal invasive surgery followed by 12 weeks of PCL rehab protocol will make you perfectly fine....for the time being brace your knee and dont put undue preassure on it. Hi there! Immediately brace your knee with crepe bandage or brace and apply ice pack if it is acute and consult a skillful orthopedic surgeon! Thx
